Kediri No.27, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. By browsing our website, placing an order, or contacting us via WhatsApp or our contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Orders & Ordering Channels

Orders may be placed through our website contact form, WhatsApp, or in person at our outlet. By submitting an order, you confirm that the details you provide (name, phone number, delivery/pickup information) are accurate and complete.

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of ingredients.
• Order confirmations sent via WhatsApp or message do not guarantee final pricing until confirmed by our staff, as prices may vary for custom or bulk orders.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms (cash, transfer, or other methods) will be confirmed with you at the time of ordering. Full or partial payment may be required in advance for custom cakes or bulk/event orders.

Pickup, Delivery & Cancellations

• Pickup and delivery timing will be agreed upon when your order is confirmed. Please arrive or be available within the agreed window, as cheesecakes are perishable and time-sensitive.
• Delivery availability, timing, and fees (where applicable) depend on your location within Bali and are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations or changes to an order should be made as early as possible. Orders that are already in preparation, or custom/made-to-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Food, Allergens & Quality

Our cheesecakes are handcrafted in small batches and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering — while we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Products are best enjoyed fresh and should be stored and consumed according to any guidance provided at pickup or delivery.
